SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on All Orders within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Times
* Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
* Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday)
* Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days
Note: Pre-sale products will follow the estimated shipping schedule stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. 
(Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote territories due to carrier restrictions.)

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, orders are fulfilled through our professional fulfillment network (including Amazon Fulfillment Services) and delivered by top-tier carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics.

4. Multiple Items Delivery
We strive to ship all items in a single package. However, depending on inventory availability and fulfillment center locations, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking notification for each shipment.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
* Before Shipment: You may request an order cancellation or address modification within 60 minutes of placing your order by contacting us immediately.
* After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address or intercept the package.
* Customer Responsibility: If an order is canceled more than 1 hour after placement, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping fees. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer resulting in a lost or unrecoverable package, FORTVOCH cannot offer a free replacement or refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect item, damaged product, or missing components, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at yuetengiot@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
